cara membuat 'PEACH ROLL CAKE'

Bahan:
40gr    tepung terigu
40gr    tepung maizena
10btr   tkuning telur
1btr     telur
100gr  gula pasir
125gr  mentega, kocok lembut

Cara membuat:

1. campurkan tepung terigu dan tepung maizena, ayak.
2. kocok semua telur dan gula pasir sampai mengembang dan kental. masukkan campuran tepung terigu bergantian dengan mentega, sambil diaduk perlahan.
3. tuang adonan dalam loyang persegi berukuran 25x30x3cm yang sudah di oles oleh margarin dan dialasi kertas roti.
4. panggang dalam oven bersuhu 180 derajat celcius selama 10 menit atau sampai matang. angkat dan langsung gulung, diamkan.
5. setelah dingin, buka gulungan, oles dengan butter cream, lalu taburi peach dan gulung kembali.
6. bungkus cake dengan kertas roti, dan simpan dalam kulkas selama 25menit.
7. keluarka cake, oles seuruh permukaan dengan butter cream. hias dengan toping sesuai dengan selera.
